  • HOW OFTEN DOES MY ROOM GET CLEANED ?
    Your room gets cleaned every day.
  • WHERE DO I HIRE A CAR?
    Our Guest Relations or Reception Staff will be happly help you find a rent a car.
  • WHERE CAN I CHANGE MONEY?
    You can change money at the Reception.
  • HOW DO I GET TO THE BEACH CLUB?
    Please see reception or the notice board for details of shuttle service.
  • HOW OFTEN ARE THE BUSES INTO KYRENIA?
    There is a frequent free shuttle service to and from the hotel. See reception or the notice board.
  • IS A LA CARTE POSSIBLE ON HALF BOARD?
    Yes, but you will have to pay extra. The Open Buffet is included in Half Board only.
  • WHAT TIME DOES THE SPA & GYM OPEN IN THE MORNING?
    The Spa & Gym opens at 07.30 a.m every day.
  • WHAT DO I DO IF I HAVE A LATE FLIGHT? IS THERE A COURTESTY ROOM?
    Speak to Reception. If there are any empty rooms available, it may be possible. However, it is usually not possible during high season. There are showers and changing rooms available to guests in the Spa.
  • WHO DO I SPEAK TO ABOUT MY SPECIAL DIETARY REQUIREMENTS?
    Please let Guest Relations or Reception know and they will inform the Food and Beverage Department.
  • HOW DO I OBTAIN A LOCAL MOBILE PHONE SIM CARD?
    Speak to Reception.
  • WHAT DO I DO IF I FEEL ILL?
    Please let Guest Relations or Reception know immediately and they will take any appropriate action.
  • CAN I DRINK THE TAP WATER?
    Tap water is not safe to drink in Cyprus. You should only drink bottled water.
  • CAN I USE THE CASINO?
    Yes, of course. All guests are welcome to try their luck in the Casino.
